Rocky Top Home Appraisals, LLC is an independently operated residential appraisal firm led by Scott Kimble, Certified Residential Appraiser. The firm operates without affiliation to an appraisal management company, which means the analysis in every report answers to the assignment — and nothing else.
What sets the work apart is adjustment support. Rather than applying rules of thumb, each assignment draws on statistical analysis of local closed sales — multiple regression and matched paired-sales studies of the subject's own market segment — so that adjustments for time, location, size, condition and amenities are defensible and documented in the workfile. That discipline matters most when a report is reviewed, challenged, or relied on in court.
